Bist du bei mir"If you will be with me" was for many years attributed to Bach and even assigned a BWV listing. It is now attributed to Gottfried Heinrich Stölzel (1690-1749). Text by Anonymous. Lehmann recorded this song in 1930; Paul Mania plays the inauthentic Romantic organ, but there's no attempt at "performance practice". Lehmann sings this as she would any other Lied: full of feeling for the mood and the individual words.
